The Babysitters Club

I had babysitting tonight. A family with three kids (sixth grade boy, second grade girl, kindergarten boy). I've known these kids for many years, but it's been a while since I've babysat, and the last few times I've seen the youngest at school, he's refused to even look at me, let alone speak to me. Given that, I wasn't sure how he was going to respond to me being his babysitter tonight.

Must say, I was very pleasantly surprised. Youngest greeted me at the door with giggles and a fast game of hide and seek, and the second-grader was very sweet as well. We had a lot of fun. I was really quite pleased.

Now I am exhausted. It's been a long week full of early mornings and interrupted sleep. Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday.

Glad to hear you are getting some extra cash jobs and that this one went well! Hope Friday is a low stress day and that the weekend is fun and relaxing!
