three down, somewhere between one and four to go

Another win from the Pens make it 3-0 for the series. Next game is Tuesday night. In the post-game press conference, Paul Maurice, head coach for the 'Canes, just looked defeated. His team has rallied from behind in both previous series, but this is a really big hole they're in right now. They're clearly bewildered by the Penguins, not entirely sure how to contain Crosby and Malkin, and failing to get the lucky breaks that could switch the momentum to their side. I'm not expecting the 'Canes to lie down now, however. They have another home game on Tuesday and I'm sure they'll come out swinging. It should be a good game.

They did an interview after the second period with the Canes' Defenseman Joe Corvo, that was really painful to watch. the Perky Vs Chick (Chris someone?) was interviewing him and asked him "so how do you have to plan to stop Crosby and Malkin?" and he had this million-mile stare, and was just like, "Yeah, um, we need to do something", sounded like a deflated balloon. Poor guy.

It was a good game though, woohoo! And we have to wait until Tuesday to until the next one??? Drat!

I'm torn between hoping for a sweep, and wanting the series to come back to Pgh so we can go to game five.
