That really was a kind of heartbreaking moment, and yet, Sun looked so much happier when she was out on the beach, later, in her bikini, wading into the water, knowing Jin wasn't going to come along and shout at her. I think a time of separation will be good for them, but I hope they are able to find their way back to each other in the end (or the middle, or somewhere, lol).
