I might be wrong about this, but I think I slept the whole night straight through, last night. That would be the first time in almost seven weeks, at least. Sadly, I think it's more a product of unusual exhaustion yesterday, rather than any great sign of my arm being better. But I'll take it any way I can get it!

Now, the question remains, how many months till it happens again.

Now you know what to do to get lots of sleep--walk multiple miles, run 5K and then you will sleep. LOL Glad you got a good night's rest however you accomplished it.

You'd think running three miles, walking to work, chasing after kids all day, then walking home again would also do the trick, but apparently not.

Yay sleep! I don't remember the last time I slept straight through the night. I need to either reduce the level of anxiety or coffee in my life. I can't seem to find a way to get rid of the anxiety and I don't really want to face it without coffee, so the whole thing seems a bit insoluable.

I can't do anything about my anxiety level, but I try (often unsuccessfully) to limit caffeine after three pm or so.
