An experiment in cooking

I tried curried chickpeas and vegetables tonight. It's a work in progress, I'd say. Not bad, exactly, but not nearly as yummy as it should be. I'll have to try again in a few weeks. One of these days I'm going to stumble across a recipe that actually turns out well.

I always forget to write down my notes on how the dish turned out, and I repeat the same old mistakes over again. I hope your next attempt is more successful.

Two main problems with this dish were that I was using old veg. oil that seems to have gone a bit nasty, and I forgot to buy one of the flavoring-type ingredients. Both of those are pretty easy to avoid next time, hopefully, lol.
