I've done almost nothing this long weekend and I'm feeling exhausted by it. Today I went to Macy's with lyda_pearl so she could do some of her shopping, and then she took me to the grocery store so I could do my shopping. And then I did one load of laundry. And it's not even 7 and I just want to lay my head down and rest. Boo, body, boo!

Maybe if you let your body rest it will come back strong for the rest of the week? I hope so! Also hope it is cooler in your apartment than in my house, so you can actually rest!

I managed something close to seven hours of uninterrupted sleep last night. That's as close to a miracle as I'll ever get.

It was pretty warm in the living room in the evening, but the bedroom hasn't been bad at all, so I was able to be comfortable at night. I hope you got a decent amount of sleep and this week is at least undisturbed by the Follettes.

Some day things will be less exhausting. We have our last full-time position filled with a new teacher starting on Monday. That should help in the long run, but I suspect with this group of kids I'm just going to be exhausted through the end of the school year.
