Well, to get you started there are the Good Omens communities stjamespark and lower_tadfield. Fanfic is posted there, various pairings and also gen, and I've found some great stuff there. But by far my favorite is the stuff found at puzzlebleuink, which features the work of linnpuzzle and irisbleu. They collaborate on various fandoms, but their GO stuff is amazing. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you can start reading from there, in order. But it would probably be best if you finish Good Omens first :)
In the meantime you can look at some fanart. I have some favorites in my memories. Most are by linnpuzzle, whose art is gorgeous and amazing, and I wish she was into the LOTR fandom. I can't imagine how beautifully she would draw the hobbits and everyone. but my absolute favorites are Chess Players and Happy Doomsday. Both are G rated, perfectly work safe. Linnpuzzle also has a community for less work safe art, if you're interested. puzzling
