I am, once again, asking for help

I've been working on my webpage and realized I'll need a cover image for each of the multi-chapter stories I've got (so far only 'Luster', 'Courage', and 'Troll Slayer' really qualify, I think).

I've got 'Luster' up on the page now and so my thoughts turn to you, my friends, particularly those of you with mad photoshop skilz. I have this picture:

but can't do anything with it. Any ideas?
