Dragon*Con update

Only 23 more days to go. And Adam Baldwin is signed on, yay!

Today, I need to prewash my nun costume fabric and get started on some serious costuming. While mom was here we did some shopping, looking for a table or at least a cutting mat but didn't find anything (probably because neither of us had the energy to go farther than the local K-Mart). However, I do now have an ironing board and iron, and I'll just use my little coffee table as a cutting surface. It should work well enough.

We seem to be gearing up for a thunderstorm, which is right on cue - I have to go outside in order to reach the laundry room. *sigh*

I woke up this morning with happy fic thoughts running through my head, so I had to get up and write them down. Maybe I'll even finish this fic some day. *is excited at the prospect*

Downtime is just the best thing ever, people!
