Nov. 16th, 2007 01:38 pmWell, I may not have got my second run in this week, but I definitely got a good workout with the kids this morning. We had the scooters out (little platforms with four wheels) and I chased them around the gym for a good twenty minutes, and then moved on to playing some sort of basketball-like game for another ten or fifteen minutes. This was more than enough to feel a good muscle burn and get my heart-rate up for a while.
