You know, when they send you the update message saying you need to update something, the least they could do is let you know that you first need to uninstall the old before you can install the new. That would be considerate, and save a hell of a lot of time. But no - nowhere on the Adobe download page did I see anything of the sort. They did say it, however, on the YouTube help page. Thank you, YouTube for being less dumbf**k than Adobe. I have just wasted so much time trying to get this thing done and not being able to figure out why it wasn't working. Because that's the other thing - Adobe doesn't tell you that the install didn't work.
