So, along with going to bed rather more late than I should have last night, I couldn't sleep worth a darn. I think I got about two or three hours of sleep, then was up for two or three hours before finally falling back to sleep. And then, it turns out, I forgot to turn my alarm clock on, so the alarm didn't go off this morning and I woke up at 7:25. I planned on leaving the house at 7:30 so you can imagine how well that all went. I managed to get out of the house within ten minutes so I wasn't late to work, but I was groggy and grumpy, and things didn't really get much better from there on.
But work is done for another week, and the weekend has once again arrived. Yay! Let us all do the happy dance of weekend joy. Now, if I can just stay awake until bedtime, and then sleep once I'm in bed, the weekend might not be a total write-off.
