Weird. Mal's never been afraid of storms before, but he's totally freaked out by this one. Dragged me out of bed at six o'clock because he was crying so piteously, but I think he's finally found a place to hole up until it all blows over (which might be several hours, based on the radar map).

Oddly enough, just as the storm started picking up again, Zoe decided to come out of hiding and get some scritches. She's been getting much braver about these things over the past few years.
