Jan. 15th, 2013 07:14 amI spent an hour at Radio Shack after work last night, picking out a new phone, getting it all set up and transferring my contacts etc. from the old phone. That last part probably took twenty minutes, because my old phone is a cranky little contraption that didn't much like being cooperative. Then I got home, plugged it into my computer to charge it up and sync it with iTunes, and promptly managed to erase all the contacts and stuff that had just been put on it. So I guess it's back to Radio Shack after work today, to try to fix the mess I made.
I finally gave in and got myself an iPhone. More expensive than I was planning, but I didn't like the look of any of the phones that would be a cheap or free upgrade, so I splurged a bit. So, no ereader this winter, but I downloaded a Nook app and will just use that for the time being.
I've managed to hopefully successfully combined my phone, music and internet into one small little device. Yay!
