Apr. 13th, 2013 11:39 amI haven't been able to get online at home (other than through my phone) since Wednesday. How annoying. Partly because I love my internet, partly because it also meant I couldn't stream Netflix, my main method for staving off boredom.
Comcast Guy came out this morning, though, quite promptly, and gave me a new router. This seems to have fixed the problem nicely, yay, just in time for Doctor Who day! Of course, since I'm supposed to babysit this evening, Doctor Who will probably have to wait until tomorrow, but still.
In other news, spring has finally arrived. And in typical fashion, it went straight from brr!chilly last week to highs in the upper 70s and low 80s this week. And today it's 47. But the flowers are blooming, the bushes are greening up and the trees are starting to blossom. The birds have been waking me in the morning with their chatter, and it just feels like spring. Time to put the coats, hats, mittens and scarves away for another year! Also time, I believe, to start sorting through all of my junk and do a clean sweep in preparation for moving in six weeks. That is my task for today.
