Aug. 22nd, 2013 12:03 amI had a night out with the FCG tonight. Haven't been out with the guys in probably five years, I realized. It was an easy reintegration into the crew. We met up at the Phantom, in its 'new' location (one of the proofs that it had been years since I've been out with the guys) and then headed over to the Hofbrauhaus for dinner. I went the ridiculous route and had Bier Cheese Fries with chili for my meal. Yummy, even covered as it was with bacon bits.

eve11 and I were planning to go to Phipps afterwards to check out the suddenly famous Corpse Flower but people were lined up out the door and all the way out to the street, at 9:30 at night. I was not up for that, just to stand in line for ages to look at a smelly plant. Maybe some other time. It's kinda cool, though. They've named it Romero.
