I survived!

Between all the walking and working more than thirty hours (I've spent the past year working part-time) it was an exhausting week. I am too pooped to party tonight. Good thing there is no partying to be done.

I'm optimistic that in a few weeks I'll feel less as though someone's been beating me with clubs at the end of every day. But the walking is good for me, as it counteracts my natural tendency to eat too much of the wrong things (like chocolate, mmm, yummy).

But regardless, I now have two whole glorious days in which to stay at home and not walk anywhere if I so choose. I'd like to think I'll get tons of writing done and do lots of work on the webpage, but I may just sleep all weekend.

Sadly, my body insisted on waking me much earlier than I would have liked this morning (although not actually early), while my mind remained sluggish and sleepy for hours. :(

This coming week, and probably most weeks to come, I'll be working full-time, which makes it even more imperative that my body acclimates to the longer walk soon.

I hope that you are enjoying your work- and walk-free days! It looks as though you have accomplished quite a bit of writing already - and cleaned the litter box, too? What a dynamo! (Wanna come to MS and clean my litter box, too? No? Well, I didn't think so, but thought it was worth a shot!)
