Stupid, stupid Meesh!

Aaaaggghhhh!!!! I am so pissed at myself right now. I had an 8:00 meetup tonight and set my VCR to tape Lost. I made the cardinal sin of forgetting to check how much room I had on my tape. This is a new VCR and it apparently only likes to record on the slowest speed, so having taped the two-hour pilot on Saturday, the tape was nearly full, which I didn't realize until just now! All I got was the trailer - up to the first commercial break. I am so sad. Who knows when the episode will be on in reruns and I hate missing things. I won't know what's going on for next weeks ep unless I go to a major spoiler site which I hate to do.

Does anyone have a tape of it they would be willing to loan me, just so I could see it? I would be happy to pay postage and would return the tape as soon as I watched it.

Thanks, Pips. I'll let you know. I downloaded it onto my computer this morning, and watched part of it. It was so hard to make myself stop twenty minutes into it and go to work! Hopefully it will not have disappeared off my computer before I get home, lol. I never really know with my computer, things tend to just randomly disappear - like my lj client and my media player, both of which were just gone one day. So weird.

The highlight of the ep for me? Charlie: "Bollocks!" LOLOLOLOLOL!!!! Made my day, and I've been trudging around the office all day muttering "bollocks!" And, since we've run all of the resident bollocks off (for the afternoon, anyway) we're getting lots of mileage out of the word. :-)
