I need to get a running icon

Gorgeous day today. Cool and sunny, a perfect day to go running after work. So I told myself. And since my legs were unexpectedly not totally sore after yesterday's run, I forced myself to change into running clothes and hit the track. OMGPain! Yeah, not so fun. I powered through for roughly a mile and a half, and then hobbled the roughly mile and a half home afterwards. But now I have three days of no running to take lots of advil and recover. Unless I go crazy on Saturday and hit the trails. It looks like it's going to be perfect running weather all weekend.
