Sleep schedule? What sleep schedule?

auntiemeeshI slept in this morning, till ten-thirty. It was lovely, and I was pretty sure I was finally all caught up on sleep. Had some breakfast, checked email, etc. And then laid back down just for a few minutes. Next thing I knew, it was almost five-thirty in the afternoon. Totally ridiculous! I'll probably be up all night as a consequence, but who knows. I'm actually feeling a little sleepy right now, as absurd as that seems.
Fall is here. Unofficially, of course. High temps in the upper 60s the past few days. It was glorious; perfect days to spend outside with the wee ones. Brisk breezes, lots of clouds to keep the sun at bay (I'm not a huge fan of blistering sun, most days), fallen leaves to rake up for the kids to play in. Doesn't get much better than that. I think it's supposed to get warm again, for a few days, this week. Doesn't matter, I know in my heart that summer is over.
