Ow! My arm still doesn't like carrying a coffee cup all the way to work. It's only a problem on rainy gym mornings when I have to carry my umbrella as well, which doesn't happen all that often. But it did this morning, and my arm is bitching up a storm about it. I'm not planning to take any advil, however, because my stomach has also been bitching up a storm about all the advil I've taken the past three months. Bleh!

Crazy storm clouds this morning. I captured them on my phone and will post a few when I get home. The sky was showing a fair amount of blue when we got to the gym, and by the time we were done running, it was completely clouded over and a very distinct band of Serious Business Clouds was moving in. I ended up waiting in the lounge area for a while after getting changed because it was just pounding down rain. It let up pretty quickly, but I was walking through puddles that were a couple inches deep in some places - good thing I had my Keen sandals on.

My shoulder is still hurting too. Sucks.

Hope you're soon able to carry both coffee and umbrella soon!

It certainly can. I made it through till midafternoon but finally gave up and took some advil. One of the kids was squirmy like an octopus while I was changing her diaper and it pushed my arm over the edge into full-on complaint. The advil may hurt my tummy, but it does do the trick for the shoulder.

The rain didn't last very long, and neither did the thunderstorms. I count us pretty lucky.

The shoulder is noticeably better now than it was a month ago, so I'm feeling pretty optimistic. :)

I hope your shoulder starts to feel better soon!
