I'd think the robot costume and random error messages would be a clue. In fact, I might start wearing one to all social occasions just to make it look like I was trying to be blunderous instead of just succeeding at it! (A couple of weeks ago I got a message from the Ole Miss yearbook saying they wanted to interview/photograph me because I have a reputation as a "quirky" professor. Imagine how self-confident that made me feel! In fact, they begged me to allow them to take a photo of me demonstrating the toddling/falling of a typical 12 month old. Good thing I've never seen the Ole Miss yearbook and don't expect to see this one!)
