At least six or seven of the Doctors wore colorful clothes, some of them rather painfully colorful clothes. Maybe only four of the eleven so far consistently wore black or very dark colors. Now, the Master on the other hand, he was very fond of black and almost all of his regenerated selves wore black, as far as I can remember.
