When I really want to write serious angst, h/c or something like that I listen to that sort of music, but tonight I just needed something to pull me out of my mood, so it was UK pop/rock for me. It improved my mood, but didn't help with the writing, sadly. I had to give that up for a lost cause tonight.
Funny, but when I want to write serious angst or h/c I put on Beethoven. Got a CD of his piano sonatas from the library, and it is amazing what a mood that music sets. Some of his symphonies are good background music, too.
We're definitely on for Friday. It should be showing at either Bethel or Conway, but we might not know where until Friday rolls around, depending on when the theaters announce their coming attractions.
More and more with each passing year. I really do need to register to take the GRE so that I can get started on the process of going back to school. I seem to be remarkably good at talking about school - not so good at actually doing what needs to be done.
