It's snowing this morning. Or at least, it's sort of snowing this morning. It's a kinda yucky mix of snow and rain, sometimes one thing, sometimes the other, and more frequently a sloppy mix of both.

lyda_pearl, Mr. P, CG and I were supposed to go to Littleton today. Lyda Pearl and I were going to the fabric store to buy stuff to make drapes, and Mr. P and CG were going to go bond over tools at Home Depot, lol.

That plan has been changed due to Lyda Pearl's icky cold. So instead, CG and I are going to go buy pumpkins and do some pumpkin carving. Then when we get bored with that, we can always resort to the old stand-by of watching DVDs. :)

Oooh, sleety snow! *sigh* We've only just gotten our first cool morning down here (last week it was still routinely in the 80s) and now I'm thinking of walking Dog and kicking up some leaves along the way. Pumpkin carving sounds like a great way to spend the day. This CG is getting to be a staple, hm? Must be a keeper if he likes to spend an icky day indoors, carving punkins and watching movies. Lucky you!

I've been told a number of times that we would almost certainly get at least a little snow in October. It was kinda pretty to see it falling, even though it meant that it was cold and wet and icky outside.

Yes, CG is getting to be a bit of a fixture. I have no idea how long this will last, but I'm enjoying every minute of it. He seemed quite happy to carve pumpkins and roast pumpkin seeds and hang out watching dvds all day, so all was cozy and happy. :D

I hope it snows here this winter. We didn't get hardly any snow last year and I miss it. Good luck with the pumpkins!

I have to take some pictures of my Eye of Sauron pumpkin. I think it's gonna look pretty cool once it's finished.

I hope you get some snow this winter (but not more than you want). :)
