How nice of whtmtnwmn! So, who is the individual in the "having a moment" icon, and what is that orange thing he is having an moment with? And just how much of my general ignorance of pop culture am I displaying by asking these questions?

That's from the show Stargate: Atlantis, which is my current big obsession. The character in this icon is Rodney McKay, an astrophysicist who has traveled through a wormhole to a distant galaxy. The object in his hands is a ZPM (zero point module), which is a very *very* strong power source - strong enough to power an entire city. One of the things Rodney does is go from planet to planet trying to find ZPMs (which are left over from an ancient culture that hasn't been seen in 10,000 years, give or take). On the very rare occasions when he finds one, he has a bit of a geekgasm (I'm sure you can figure that one out on your own, lol).
