Okay...feeling a little confused here.

I attempted to post a story to shire_kitchen a little while ago and I could have sworn it went up properly, but it's gone now. I'm assuming either lj is wonky tonight, or there was something wrong with the post and a moderator had to take it down.

So I'll just see if this post stays put or disappears as well.

Well, it's still not there. I've been gone all day. I'll email sila_lumen and see if she knows what's wrong...I'll be gone tomorrow as well, but I will try to check in when I can.

Of course, I may have only thought I saw it actually posted - could be I closed the window without hitting the update button. I've been doing all sorts of boneheaded things today - posting recs with the wrong links (I recced a fabulous story and then accidentally linked to one of *my* stories - how embarrassing is that?), losing posts. Maybe it's just not a good day for lj.

The story still isn't there. Have you tried again? If you want, you can send the file to me and I'll see if I can get it to post. I know they've been working on the LJ servers, so that could be the problem. My email address is sandy80461 at aol.com.

I'm going to repost it now, and if that doesn't work, I'll send you the file, but I'm sure it will. I probably failed to post it at all yesterday and just thought I did, but I wanted to be sure it hadn't been taken down for a reason, before reposting. :)
