I love that lj icon maker! I've been reading Toons for Our Times today and I was in desperate need of a Bill the Cat icon. E voila! Here it is. Admittedly, I don't really like the font and size of the lettering, but it's better than nothing. *bg*

With eve11's help I picked up a mattress today and got it delivered to my new place. I've run into a bit of a snag over there, in that there is no doorbell. They have some sort of system that ties into the phones, but I have to get entered into it, which I don't have the first clue how to do, and I have to have a phone first, in order to do that. Unfortunately, I won't have a phone until after my sister arrives with my stuff, but I won't know when she arrives because I don't have a doorbell. :(

But I have a mattress, yay! I won't have to sleep on the hard floor. This is a very good thing.

you're in your new place! hurray! (Now the question is - why does my chair always pop by my office, just when I'm reading my friend's page? Oh well, he's knows I'm really hard at work on real stuff the rest of the time, I guess!)

I'm still at eve11's tonight, as I don't have blankets or food or anything functionally useful at the new place. But I'll be heading over for good sometime tomorrow, probably early afternoonish.
