I've been a dreadful comm mod, but I've posted a challenge over at hobbit_ficathon for anyone who's interested.

The challenge is: Let's go AU, as wildly AU as you can get. It can be a cross-over with another book, tv show or movie, the lads stuck in modern times and trying to figure out how everything works, or far in the future. Anything your imaginations can come up with.
