Kerfluffle

So. I don't know. I doubt that livejournal is going to go up in smoke. I hope it doesn't. But, since my back-up journal was at GJ which is apparently dead, I did go ahead and make a new back-up journal at IJ. I was pleased but not too surprised to be able to keep auntiemeesh as my username. So, if you have an IJ account, let me know and I'll friend you over there. In the meantime, I don't intend to go anywhere. I love being a part of the community of people I've met on livejournal and I plan to continue being part of that community for as long as livejournal will let me.

Now I just have to figure out how to back everything up. I think LJ Archive is probably the best bet, but it bears investigation.

And my laptop is running suspiciously quietly this evening. If I've blown through another fan, I'll be pissed. Just saying.
