Aug. 11th, 2011 02:52 pmThere always seems to be something standing between me and the gym, but I made it this morning. 3 miles in 34:25 if my lap times can be trusted. I did the first mile in 10:15 and then slowed down a bit. I went fast enough, though, that I was able to walk a lap and a half and still come in under 35 minutes, though, so not too shabby.
Unfortunately, my body isn't used to getting up early for running anymore and I'm totally pooped today. Bah! Get over it body, be useful!
