Okay, so, that was Fight Club. The clues were all there and I didn't pick up on any of them. I noticed them, I just didn't put them together, at all. The identical suitcases, the lack of a name for Edward Norton's character and the way he always just seemed to be watching the action without doing anything and yet still commanding all that respect from the spacemonkeys. I am ashamed of myself. And also, wow. I think - only think, mind you, because I haven't really processed it yet - I think I liked it.

And that was weird. I tried to post this but it wouldn't because the previous post I made was somehow set ahead, so I couldn't post this one without backdating it. If that makes any sense. I had to go change the time on the previous post, in order to post this one. Wacky lj-land and it's crazy hijinks.

*scratches head in total confusion*

That is why FC is on many people's top 5... Visionary, voice of the frustrated, and informative. Glad that you finally experienced it and actually liked it.

I'm glad I somehow managed to not get spoiled for it, because it wouldn't have been nearly as good if I'd known what was going on from the start.

Yes, the twist is best when not expecting it... like with the Matrix. Then again, I saw them both the same year in the theater. 1999 was a good year.

you've left me totally bemused. But that's pretty easy to achieve when discussing popular culture with me!

Sorry. You should put it on your Netflix queue and then we can discuss! Or not. I don't know if it's your type of movie.

Sadly, I took so long in getting to watch Fight Club that the big reveal had already been spoiled.

I honestly don't know how I managed to remain completely spoiler free. All I knew about it was that it involved fighting in some way, lol. I can see how it wouldn't have the same sort of impact if you knew what was going on the whole way through.
