So how's your day going?
Dec. 2nd, 2006 01:57 pmI must remind myself that I am making progress, even if it is two o'clock in the afternoon and I haven't even turned my attention to the Paper of Doom (name stolen from
slightlytookish).
First I had to waste valuable time tidying the apartment so Comcast Guy could gain access to my computer. Then I had to hang around while Comcast Guy worked on my internet connection (in a spot of good, I was first on the list and he arrived slightly before ten so I didn't have to wait all morning). And my internet was out again this morning when I got up. Grr!
Then, once Comcast Guy left and I was online and working again, I had to finish up my webpage, which is due today and that I somehow sort of forgot about after working on it the other week (oops). It was only a matter of maybe half an hour to get the comment and meta tags done and get it saved, but then I ran into all sorts of snags. First, I couldn't figure out how to save it as an *.html file. Thank goodness for
eve11. Then I had all sorts of broken links, inaccurately labeled links, etc to track down and fix. All in all, it's now two o'clock and I'm just turning my attention to the paper.
Panicking yet? Um, yeah, just a little. But only in the sense of oh god, oh god, I'm gonna fail my class.
