A summer Saturday

auntiemeeshWatching Serenity (Firefly pilot, not the movie). Mal is unimpressed. He crawled into his box and went to sleep as soon as I put it on. I can't blame him, though. He's had an exhausting day. I had a few friends over for a cookout and Mal was the main entertainment.
We had lotsa fun playing Bocce in the backyard before and after eating. Then, when we were all happily exhausted from the sun and fun, we came in and had blackberry pie and ice cream. Yum! While unwinding, we all played with Mal's toys and watched him wear himself out.
You know, I really do love the music of Firefly so very much. Not to mention the people of Firefly, Serenity herself, etc.
