auntiemeeshIt's a misty, moisty morning. Kinda sorta raining but not enough to worry about umbrellas, raincoats, etc.
Traffic was exceptionally heavy this morning for whatever reason. I didn't think I would ever get across the street, but a school bus put on its yellow flashers and stopped for me. Very kind. Got to the bus stop and hung out for a while, waiting for a bus to show up - not a bad wait, really. But then the five minute ride to work took fifteen minutes because of an accident. Some yahoo thought that pulling out from a side street into a busy thoroughfare without looking first would be a really good plan and then ran into the person driving down the thoroughfare. What a shocker! It looked like nobody was really hurt, but both cars were right in the middle of the street, blocking most of it. It was pretty entertaining watching the bus bend space in order to get around them - there really is no other explanation for how it managed.
