What's that they say about Wednesday?

ctegan tagged me to do one of those Ten Things That Make You Happy-type memes (possibly, specifically ten things that made you smile recently or something like that). Well, at the time I was in a funk and couldn't think of anything so I held off. And now I'm in the mood to do it, so here is my variation on the theme.
Ten Things That Have Made Me Happy Recently
1. Having a coworker drive past the bus stop and offer me a ride.
2. Watching Mal be completely spastic about any and all forms of Toy.
3. Coffee
4. Reading fic that doesn't make me want to break the computer
5. New episodes of Supernatural, House, SGA, and Bones
6. I wrote fic! Yay!
7. Being unexpectedly used as a positive example during a workshop.
8. Finding fall-like weather outside my door, finally.
9. Did I mention coffee?
10. Lying in the grass identifying cloud pictures with a happy kid.
I'm not going to tag anyone specifically, but you're all invited to do this (or some variation on it) if you haven't already.
What didn't make me happy was getting home yesterday and finding out that my outgoing mail had not been taken by the mailman. Since I've had netflix dvds waiting to go back since the weekend, I'm not pleased. Now it will be Friday at the earliest before I get more dvds. *sigh*
I also found out, at the same time, that despite my landlady specifically telling me trash day was pushed back a day because of Monday being a pseudo-holiday, the trash was indeed picked up on its usual day, and I hadn't put mine out.
But then Bones was on. I love Bones. It's maybe a silly show, but I love it to pieces none-the-less. And then House was on, and I love it, as well. So that made everything better.

7. Seeing snow on the mountains
8. Seeing the colors still brilliant in places
9. No more fruit fly infestation
10. Not yet having given mid-terms
