Okay, that was weird. I'm guessing Mal must have stepped on the keyboard and hit the wrong key (which one I don't have a clue) because while the cursor worked, the computer was taking no input from the keyboard. Luckily, restarting fixed whatever was wrong.

I've been kind of half-heartedly thinking about pumpkin carving designs and such, and while I was lying in bed refusing to get up this morning, the plan came to me. *rubs hands in evil glee* I'm still working on conceptual drawings to see if I can get something actually possible out of this idea, but I'm excited by it. Now if only I could come up with something better than a Peacekeeper Zombie for a costume, I'd be all set.

And, in a bit of happy news, rumor has it SGA has been renewed for a season five. I'm still waiting for official confirmation (an article in Variety doesn't quite count, there) but I'm cautiously excited.

sounds like Mal has been chatting with Aset. I'm sure it was the "num lock" (quite appropriate) that he stepped on. I freak out every time until i see the little glowing light.

*pre-emptive squee* SQUEEEE!!! No Variety doesn't exactly list up on my top reliable sources... but sometimes odd people hear things. *crosses fingers* Here's hoping it's true!!

It's the problem with having a laptop that sits on the floor most of the time, far too much access for a kitten of mighty curiousness.
