There are actual snowflakes floating around outside today. Not many, but a few. It didn't feel cold enough to me, when we were outside this morning, but it definitely is chilly.

Six and a half laps running, one and a half laps walking this morning. Two miles in under half an hour. Yay me! Plus the (approximately) mile that I walk to work afterwards. :) My legs and knee feel much less cranky today, as well. So it's all good.

Allergy headache, on the other hand, isn't thrilling me. It's been a good four years since I've had this sort of continual, seasonal allergy headache. I guess I should buy some claritin or something.

Congrats on the two and a half miles! Sorry about the headache - I hope the weather changes enough soon so that whatever is setting the allergies off is out of the air.

No snowflakes here in Mississippi, but it's rumored that we may have frost tomorrow morning.

I'm hoping the headache doesn't last too much longer. The last time I had fall seasonal allergies, it was this exact same headache, and it lasted pretty much every day all through November. But if it gets cold enough to snow, maybe that will settle whatever it is down enough to stop bothering me.
