Stupid!

It's a gym day. Or, well, it was supposed to be a gym day. I set my alarm and everything, last night. Only, when I rolled over and looked at the clock this morning, it was about ten minutes after I was supposed to meet eve11. Seems that while I set the alarm, I failed to turn it on. *sigh* I fail at life.

Happens to us all at some point or another. The favourite I heard was setting it for PM instead of AM.

Oh, I've done that plenty of times, as well - often enough that I'm pretty hypervigilant about that particular mistake.

I did that yesterday. This morning I thought that I'd forgotten to set my alarm, but in fact it didn't go off because I forgot that I set the time for the alarm to go off an hour later instead of setting the time an hour back when the time changed. So I actually got up at 4:00 this morning. It was a beautiful starry morning for walking the dogs anyway!

The downside is that I only get to the gym once this week and probably only once again next week, because of the holiday. I hope I don't lose my momentum before I have a chance to get back into the swing of things.
