Field trip day!

We're taking the kids to the symphony this morning. The PSO puts on a very nice series of Tiny Tots concerts for preschool and primary kids. It's a wonderful experience - for the kids at least. And actually, I think this particular group of kids we have should do pretty well. But just picture yourself in a symphony hall filled to the brim with kids ages four through seven and all the attendant chaos. Plus it means trekking across downtown with the kids - there are so many schools getting dropped off at the same time that the buses can't unload and load right at the doors of Heinz Hall.

I'm drinking an extra large coffee this morning in an effort to fortify myself, but I think it will be fun.

The morning was great, the afternoon made me want to tear my hair out, but still, it's a short week, so only two more days. :)
