Dec. 11th, 2007 08:15 pmAfter a very lengthy hiatus, there was running today. And there was much joy and celebration. We went after work instead of in the morning. I don't know if that was the difference or just a coincidence, but I felt much looser than usual, and I didn't have to suffer through two laps of gradually loosening muscles - the run felt good right from the getgo. And I made it the two full miles without walking at all, for the first time. Of course my knee started getting cranky about a half mile in, so it's pretty sore now, but I felt really good about the run. *big grin*
