Stuff, and a poll!

I have had an unusually productive morning - which doesn't take much since usually a productive Saturday means I actually got out of bed and got dressed.

Anyway, got lyda_pearl's gift bought, wrapped and mailed.

Bought cards and stamps. Did you know that the stamp machines at the post office give out one dollar coins? Does anyone even accept those things? Are they counted as real money these days? U.S. money seems to change color/form on a weekly basis and I can't keep up with it.

Made a spur-of-the-moment decision to get my hair cut and now I have an appointment for an hour from now. Which is where you, my friends, come into play. What should I do with my hair? The cut that I have now is boring, but last summer (last time I had it cut was June) I thought I wanted to let it grow long, so it's just pretty much all one length except for some extremely outgrown bangs. Very boring. I'm toying with the idea of getting it cut short again, but that leads to having to find a particular style of short hair that will work well with my hair. Blah, blah, blah. I'd really like to do something wild and get it dyed (it used to be a lovely reddish color but now it's really washed out and faded, with lots of white hairs), but I don't want that to be a spur-of-the-moment decision, since I'll have to live with it for a while.

I don't know which one it falls under... but the last cut you got, the one you mentioned as going to the fancy salon for... was really nice. I vote for that one :)

Was that the one that was sort of an angled cut from shorter in the back to longer in the front? I've been thinking about doing that one again, only doing it right this time and actually getting the back cut short rather than having the underlayer left long - that drove me crazy.

I can't recall the specifics... it wasn't severely short, but it framed your face really well. I don't remember what the back looked like, though...
