Well, the hair is cut. I swear, some day I'm going to get the haircut I asked for and the world will come to an end. I asked for an inverted bob, one of those cuts where it's longer in the front than at the back. What I got was a plain old bob, where it's all the same length everywhere, although she did give me the sidesweeping bangs that I asked for, so that's something. It looks fine, I'm not going to have to wear a hat till it grows out or anything, it's just not exactly what I asked for. It is, at least, several inches shorter - I'll have to remember to wear a scarf when I go out from now on, because my neck is significantly more naked than it was this morning.

I have two new Christmas cds to listen to. I'm very excited about this. My collection was pretty thin and this will help a lot. One is a Starbucks compilation of random folks and music, the other is a BMG jazz compilation. Should be good.

I have also, as a response to yesterday's stomach fiasco, started my new regimen of decaf-only coffee (although I did have a Dr. Pepper, so there is some caffeine in my system). Best to get the withdrawal out of the way now so I hopefully won't have a killer headache at work on Monday.

I declare today successful.

Yup. The snow in the back yard comes up to my knees now. Makes walking while holding on to Bowie's leash and sling quite challenging!

The weather folks say that it's gonna snow till morning too. Oh joy!

You know, after a hard 10 hours at work, I was all set to come home and just do nothing, but seeing as how you accomplished so much today, I now feel obligated to at least get all the Christmas Cards addressed tonite... stamps will have to wait till tomorrow. It's snowing so hard I don't have the motivation to leave the house right now.

I'm sorry that your haircut didn't turn out exactly the way you wanted. What I do is when I want a new haircut is look on the web for what I want and print it and show it to the barber. Works like a charm, LOL
