Okay, so I confirmed that UND received my job application. Now there's nothing more to do but wait, on that particular job. It's about a week and a half before they start looking at those apps, so it will be a little while before I could conceivably hear anything from them. *crosses fingers*
In other news, I finally broke down this morning and signed my cats up on 1-800-Pet-Meds. Provided the vet's office confirms the prescription, I should be getting Tookie's meds in the mail tomorrow, which is so much better than having to take the bus over to Greenfield after work. I am still going to have to make the trip soon, however, as I really can't let Thor go much longer. He's still eating and drinking, but this weekend he's started pooping anywhere rather than using the box, and there's blood mixed in. It's such a hard decision, and I know I've been waffling for a while about it, but I won't be able to do that much longer.
In other, other news, tomorrow is election day, here in PA. I think I won't be answering the phone tonight, as all the calls I received over the weekend were campaign related. There have also been some door-to-door folks as well. Tonight, Obama is speaking at the Peterson Events Center, and I'd be interested in hearing him speak in person, except that he doesn't start until 9:30 pm. No way I'm dealing with the buses trying to get home after that.
