Movie Scavenger Hunt

Time to play a game, everyone.

The game: Identify twenty-four movies, using the following clues. The first twelve are rebus clues - pictures used to represent the words/sounds in the title and the second twelve are content clues - pictures that in some way reference the content of the movie it refers to. The movies are in some way halloween appropriate, mostly horror movies, and the date ofthe movie's release is given to help. Luckily for you, unlike yesterday's party-goers, you don't have to search all over the house for the clues. I've got them all laid out for you.

Comments will be screened until I reveal the answers.

Edit: Per request, I'm unscreening the comments, so those who aren't playing can see everyone's answers. So if you do want to play, please enter your answers before reading the comments. :)
