She's had enough!
Mar. 11th, 2009 08:24 amTookie startled me this morning by jumping up onto the bed and yowling in my face in stentorian tones. Apparently, three uninterrupted nights are all she's willing to give me. Being extra hungry was all it took to give her the strength to make the jump, it seems.
Mal, on the other hand, who has no trouble whatsoever getting up on the big bed during the day, is expressing his displeasure with change by refusing to sleep up there at night. All the more room for me, I say. Not one to pass up on a little fun Meeshie taunting, he did add his cries of displeasure to the morning, letting me know that the litter box was not acceptable and he had to go, NOW!
Somehow, my cats have no problems communicating with me. Ignore everything I say to them, and then shout at me when they want something. Pretty much exactly like the babies at work, really.
