I'm taking a five minute choclate break. For some reason this afternoon is just moving really, really slowly. Like, time is moving backwards slowly. It's going to be yesterday afternoon, pretty soon. Maybe chocolate will help. At the very least, I'll be less hungry.

I hope the chocolate has speeded things up so that it will soon be quittin' time. And that it was good.

I've been in a deadline-induced time warp all day. I've been thinking for the last few hours that it must be lunch time soon, but not able to stop working on the FAR/Research and Teaching Portfolio. But the time has come to let that go. Nothing else will fit in the binder, so I need to just take it downstairs, put it in M's mailbox, and stop stressing about it, at least until the actual performance review meeting.

Quittin' time is still, sadly well over an hour away and I'm beginning to feel a little desperate. On the one hand, I shouldn't complain because I so rarely get the chance to devote a whole day to archives. On the other hand, I don't really have the patience to do a whole day of archives. *sigh*
