Half way through the third period, the Penguins get a power play. Gonchar scored! 3-2 "I'll be cow-kicked!"
Holy crap this is stressful. About two and a half or three minutes to go and the Pens are up. Everyone is pushing, so the action is fast and furious.
Off a turnover from the wings, Max Talbot just scored an empty net goal with less than a minute left. And Mike Lange declares the game over, "Elvis has just left the building!" The last few seconds are still tense, as the 'Wings make a powerful effort, but no dice.
Fleury was weak the first two games, but he held up when it counted tonight. Go Fleury!

Denethor the Crazy, Gondor's head coach, however cannot bear to see Boromir as anything other than a Center. This creates problems for the team because Boromir forgets to be a team player. He wants the puck all the time and when the game is in jeopardy, he thinks he has to be the one to save the day all by himself. This opens up the field to scoring chances by the Mordor Wraith, who are always ready to exploit any weakness on the ice.
