Ugh, can this day be over already?
Cramps - check
chills - check
fatigue - check
desire to be at work - no
At least this Tuesday isn't inspiring homicidal rage. Really, all I want is to curl up in my bed with my heating pad and a cat or two, and sleep for the rest of the day. Is that so wrong?

Okay, on the upside, I did run three miles this morning. And I managed to beat my previous best time by ten seconds. And my knees didn't hurt even a little bit, not even at all. So that's something, right?
