I feel a trifle better this morning, yay! I still have a cold, but I'm not dripping and sneezing my head off at the moment. And the period cramps are mostly done with - that's largely what made yesterday so awful, trying to decide which misery to deal with and which misery to medicate (I don't like piling advil on top of cold meds).

It's Thursday, which means Friday is right around the corner. It's Thursday, which means the Pens are playing the New Jersey Devils tonight. Two things to look forward to.

We're supposed to get snow this afternoon and over night. According to one forecast, 1-3 inches. According to another, 3-6. I should go down to Landlady's basement at some point this evening and find our shovel so I can dig out tomorrow if necessary.

Okay, time to go dry my hair before heading out into the cold.

It's been much better today. My nose and upper lip only feel slightly chapped rather than completely raw from all the tissues.

No Sid or Geno tonight :( I hope we can at least beat the lowly Devils. I was thinking about hanging out here to watch the game but with the threatening snow I might just go home early to beat the traffic. :(

Yeah, the weather is for crap tonight.

I'm hoping that Staal stays in Beast Mode, Dustin Jeffrey makes the most of his call-up, and maybe Talbot could break out a little tonight. It wouldn't hurt.
